Salon Policies

All services require a non-refundable deposit of 20% to secure an appointment.

  • Deposits accepted through the website, or via Zelle, Cash App, Venmo
  • Remaining balance due upon service completion (CASH Preferred)
  • 48-hour notice required for cancellations
  • Sundays appointments MUST be booked 48H before the appointment
  • Appointments booked at 4pm or after 4pm is considered LATE appointments, there is $50 incremental cost due at checkout.
  • If late after 30 minutes, the appointment will be automatically canceled
  • Urgency happens, but No-call/no-shows are not tolerated. Please advise the salon on urgent matters.
  • Hair must be freshly washed, dried, and completely free of product
  • Basic wash and blow-dry available for additional charge
  • Hair must be free of glue, gels, and be detangled
  • Hair must be at least 3 inches long for most hairstyles

  • Separation/prep time takes 1-1.5 hours (included in appointment time)

We serve clients 6 years of age and up (no small children)

  • Standard braiding hair included in services
  • We DO NOT provide:
  • Textured hair (Bohemian curls, kinky hair, crochet hair)
  • All human hair braids (except deep wavy boho pieces)
  • Weaves (clients must bring own bundles)
  • For wash services, we provide shampoo/conditioner (clients may bring specific brands if particular about brands they want to use)

Additional charges apply for:

  • Extra-long, short or thick hair
  • Style modifications
  • Removal of existing braids/extensions
  • Hair additions/extensions (if not provided6
  • Inform stylist if tender-headed
  • Notify us of any product allergies or sensitivities
  • ACV (Apple Cider Vinegar) washes available for sensitive scalps (48-hour advance notice)
  • Once hair is washed, no same-day changes permitted

24-hour window to report any issues after service

  • Style adjustments must be requested within 24 hours
  • No refunds after leaving salon satisfied
  • Free style removal if dissatisfied (must be addressed before leaving)
  • Client responsible for hair maintenance after service
  • Special care instructions for:
  • French Curl styles (prone to loosening)
  • Bohemian styles (prone to shedding/tangling)
  • Deposits automatically convert to store credit 
  • Deposits are not refundable but if appointment is canceled within 48h, store credit applies
  • No-shows may use deposits as future credit for the first time as courtesy (no refunds)
  • Once you leave the salon, NO REFUNDS – NO EXCEPTIONS
  • No additional guests unless necessary
  • No food in the styling area (we have a break room you can use)
  • Water, Coffee and refreshments provided
  • Positive energy required from both stylists and clients
  • Zero tolerance for bullying or disrespectful behavior
  • Salon reserves the right to decline service to anyone
  • Violation of conduct policies results in immediate service termination and blocking from system
  • For any service-related concerns, please schedule a consultation with our owner directly
  • All quality assurance matters are handled through the owner’s office to ensure proper resolution, not in the styling area.

  • Must be accompanied by an adult
  • We reserve the right to decline service if child is uncooperative
  • Additional time charges may apply for excessive movement
  • Only professional-grade products used
  • Clients may bring own products with stylist approval
  • Hair extensions must meet our quality standards
  • Client Information
  • Personal information collected is used solely for appointment booking and service records
  • Contact information (phone, email) used only for appointment confirmations and essential communications
  • Photos of completed styles may be taken with written client consent only
  • Clients may opt-out of marketing communications at any time
  • All client records are stored securely in our booking system
  • Payment information is processed through secure, encrypted platforms
  • Client information is never sold or shared with third parties
  • Before/after photos require explicit client permission
  • Clients may request removal of their photos from our social media at any time
  • Minor clients’ photos will not be used without parent/guardian written consent
  • Photos used for marketing purposes will be credited appropriately if requested
  • Any disclosed allergies or medical conditions are kept strictly confidential
  • Health-related information is used solely for ensuring safe service delivery
  • Sensitive information is stored separately from general client records
